How does payment processing work?

Standard, Pro, and Pro Unlimited plans use a flat rate: 2.5% + 10¢ per transaction across card, online, and in-person. Enterprise switches to interchange-plus (~1.5–2.3% effective) for high-volume accounts.

What hardware do I get?

Restaurants Pro Unlimited includes a free light set (tablet + card reader). Restaurants Enterprise includes a free full set (CPad 14", receipt printer, cash drawer, card reader). Kitchen display (KDS) is available as a paid add-on on Pro Unlimited and Enterprise. E-commerce and Services offer hardware as optional add-ons (barcode scanner, label printer, front-desk reader).

How does the delivery platform fee work?

Restaurants only, delivery orders only (never pickup). Customer pays $1.50 on orders under $50 and $3.00 on orders $50 and above. Shown as a small "Platform fee" line at checkout.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and new limits take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. Websites, data, and customers are always safe.

What if I have multiple locations?

Restaurants Enterprise is built for multi-location operators (and any business that needs interchange-plus pricing, dedicated support, and bundled hardware). Reach out via Contact Sales for a scoped quote.

Is the AI included on every plan?

Every plan includes the AI website builder and HappySpace AI assistant. Marketing automations (Google Ads, Google Business) are included on Pro and above. Full AI automations (Happy), social media, and review automation are included on Pro Unlimited and Enterprise.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — switch the toggle to Yearly and save 10% on any paid plan. Same features, billed once per year. Enterprise is custom-quoted, so the discount is folded into your contract pricing.

What about taxes, refunds, and chargebacks?

Sales tax handled at checkout (configurable per region). Refunds go back through the original card. Chargebacks pass through at standard network rates; we don't add a markup.
